Customer problems

The investment was designed, but only on paper. The architect took care of the form, but the sales department needed an image that works on emotions. The lack of sales visuals consistent with expectations was an obstacle to fine-tuning promotional materials.

Our solutions

We started with consultations - architectural and urban planning - to make sure that the planned space would be functional and comfortable for future users. Then we moved on to visualizations, which show the investment as the client will see it: cohesive, aesthetically pleasing and thoughtful. The sales department got specific tools to help attract attention and close conversations with customers.

The client received:

  • architectural consultation
  • PZT consultation
  • exterior visualizations
  • video rendering of investment
