Jedrzychow - the best district of Zielona Gora. Prestige obliges, and here? The developer came with a finished architectural design that was... bland. A standard block that could stand anywhere. The problem was that it was to be built precisely in Jedrzychow. Technical documentation alone is not enough when you're building in such a location. The design needed to be modernized, and the whole investment needed marketing materials that would convey the prominence of the place and help sales.

Our solutions

We began by analyzing the location and surroundings of the project. A site visit allowed us to understand the context of the place and the expectations of future residents. We carried out architectural consultations that helped adapt the project to the character of the neighborhood. We created a complete visual identity system and a package of sales materials - from naming to a website with integration of external systems.
