We set up the narrative so that the most important things resound in the first moment: one's own home, private garden and quick access to the city. Visualizations show green backyards and space that begins at the threshold of the terrace. Copy organizes the benefits: ownership, garden, quiet, but also access to the necessary utility infrastructure. The whole thing is encircled with the FATTO logo - so that no one doubts the exceptional quality. We closed the sales materials in one package, ready for the start of the campaign.
